Taking Your Therapy Session Outdoors
Outdoor therapy is an opportunity to take your sessions outside of the therapy room and utilise our natural environment . I offer outdoor sessions in a local woodland in Sheffield and also the Peak District.
Combining therapy sessions with movement and immersing yourself in the natural environment can have many benefits including promoting a sense of calm, reducing stress and anxiety, enhances awareness and gives us the opportunity to tune into nature as we walk and work creatively as topics arise.
