I offer a safe space for you to come and explore any current difficulties you may be facing in your life. At times we all need somewhere to get away from our busy lives and take time out to focus on ourselves. This may be to overcome issues we are facing such as managing anxiety or depression or to work through a relationship break down, or difficulty at work. Whatever it is that brings you to counselling, I aim to help you move forwards in your chosen direction and ensure you leave feeling lighter and with the ability to cope with any current stresses.
